All schoolwear orders will be despatched by first class post, at a cost of £2.50.

Returns

You can return your order for any reason, and at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in perfect condition with labels and packaging attached.

There is no need to e-mail or telephone beforehand

• Please complete and return the ‘returns form’ with your goods, noting whether you would like an exchange or refund.

• We recommend you use ‘recorded delivery’ so you have proof of postage
• We will e-mail to confirm your return has been received and processed
• If a refund is required, your credit/debit card will be credited within 7 days of receiving your goods

If you are returning an item that is faulty, please state the fault clearly on the Returns form, and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.

Legal statement on returns

Returning any item you have purchased from the girl company within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). The goods we send to you are provided on approval, and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 day post delivery period has expired. When you return goods to us, the girl company will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods, (this does not include the cost of any postage), or exchange the goods as required. You must however, return the goods to the girl company on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
